Your graphics driver is a few months old, and has some known problems.
- Follow this manual to the letter to clean uninstall all NVIDIA/AMD graphic driver components.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session. - Install the graphics driver > Go online.
- Test.
Oh boy. I'm not really comfortable going that deep into the techie stuff. While I know how to use a computer and the programs, the inner workings of the computer really puts me on edge.
I've got the Revo Uninstaller program - would that work as well? It goes into the registry to get rid of extra files of the program you're uninstalling. I'd rather use that if you think it will work. Otherwise, I'll bite the bullet and try the DDU program. But I have no high expectations of success, mainly due to my own inadequacies when it comes to IT.
I've never thought to uninstall the video graphics. I'm really nervous about trying it. But if it works, it'll be worth it to play the game I've spent so much money on (with the DLCs and such on both EA and Steam).
Again - thanks for your help and patience.

The manual is actually a manual to use DDU in the correct way. 😉
It really is a step by step guide that is not complicated at all.
As easy as Revo but for a driver.
Just remember if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session. That would be even easier btw.
If the safe mode part scares you just use DDU in Windows.
