I hope this can help someone. I had the directx crash error with the game (i bought it a few days ago). I had that error once every hour at least. I use the the desktop app called 'AMD Gaming Evolved', and it has an option to 'Optimize Settings' to every game you have installed in your PC. I don't know if that modifies something you can't change from the game options, but I played about 4 hours without a single crash (4 hours unitl i had a crash).
I know this isn't much but maybe this could be useful for someone.
I'm sorry if I said something wrong, I'm from Argentina and I usually just read in english, not used to talk o give instructions to someone or whatever.
