[PC] Unable to connect to EA servers

Same problem here, I know the game has worked in the past for me.

Now I am on Windows 10.

Disabled all background items. (firewall, antimalware, antivirus, Steam)

Still can not activate.

Oh joy, I just dug through some posts from april this year and I thought, * it was fixed

now I did the same as you and I bumped on this error aswell, after a few other errors beforehand...

Could this be a windows 10 problem or is it just their DRM server again?

I keep my rig in pretty good condition, I'm a computer and network tech by trade as well so I know if there's an issue on my end. 

There is no issue on my end, so it has to be EA servers.

Same problem here. Since last patch und Descent-DLC i cannot launch the game. Everything worked fine 2 days before.

Also tried to repair, nothing of note happened, besides doing it's normal process there.

Same here no connection it seems... and no further explanation

Exact same problem as the above posters,except i have been trying to fix this for hours.None of the games on origins work after i have downloaded the Descent DLC.

I am having the same problem, I am still on Windows 7. Running no mods or anything, just freshly downloaded today. It worked back in April after Jaws was released, I deleted the game afterwards which is why I had just reinstalled the game. But now I am getting the same error as everyone else. Apparently my game cannot be verified, why does it have to be verified? I have already verified it in April, I don't understand at all.

Please solve this annoying issue EA.

Can assure you it's not a windows 10 issue. I'm on Windows 7 and I have the same problem. Not just with DA:I either. Having the same issue with all Dragon Age games and Mass Effect 2.

Its happening to all my games so I think there server actually is down, Origin works but the games themselves don't authenticate.
