Playstation 4 error ce-34878-0 when playing DA:I

I got this error after fast traveling to the outer hinterlands camp, it went to a blue screen with the error and asked me if i wanted to submit a bug report. Luckily my save files seem to be fine. Have played 13 hours of the game so far. Hopefully it won't happen again.

I had the same problem in two differents accounts, and in the mission 'Here Lies the Abyss' freezes completely! I think this is a shame and something very important to fix

I hate that error!  It will be difficult to track down the exact problem because it's a very generic error.  (Kind of like a generic windows blue screen message or something)  I had it happen all the time in Destiny as well during online play.
