I've had great luck with the EA Customer Support folk in the end, but it often takes two or three attempts before I reach someone who actually understands and can address my issue. 😕mileywink:
I no longer have the physical serial keys as stated in my original post.
I do however have all the account information and can link to multiple EA/BioWare websites that show the game was registered.
It was not registered on Origin obviously, it didn't exist at the time.
I did contact support, but I believe an experienced community member or the EA support types in these forums can help more than the chat support. They were completely unfamiliar with BioWare Social site and the fact that EA did not always involve Origin.
