Problem = Unable to complete Quarry Quandry quest.

Same. This is easily reproducable and needs a patch. I either don't get full completion or redo a bunch of content. Highly annoying.

Thanks for the description. As a thought, does she spawn at Skyhold past this point? It doesn't fix the confusing quest marker, but at least would allow you to finish the turn in. 

If she does remain at Skyhold, I've never seen her. Can you tell us where she is supposed to be after the hearing, assuming she is intended to be? I wasn't under the impression that any of the felons actually showed up in town.

So after reloading my save seven times before I could finally kill this boss without him falling through the floor or flying through a wall into the Great Beyond, I go to finish up the rest of the quests in the area only to find that I never can.

Fantastic. I told her that she was free to go as well, so I'm assuming she's just gone from my game entirely now.

This is happening to me also along with a bunch of other quests which wont register or turn in.

Emprise Du Lion - Quarry Quandary : Mistress Poulin is nowhere in Skyhold or her town.

Crestwood - Wyrm Hole : No Wyverns loading in the cave.

The Western Approach - Draconology : Will not let me turn in quest but let me aquire Frederic as an agent.

Wartable: A present for Bianca : popped up as in progress on my table and hasn't budged since it says that leliana is doing it but i can still assign her to other things.

Companion Quests - Dorian : Dorian's second quest wont start from what I have read Giselle is supposed to come to me in the main hall with a letter, she has never left the garden.

Those are the quests ive found that are bugged for ps4 anyway.  I have completed the entire war table and have only these few quests to complete and this 1 character quest line to finish before I go face Corypheus, as a completionist I would like to finish them before finishing the game. I hope this helps someone and if anyone knows a fix or work around, by all means, let me know.

I told her that she should work in the tower, but I can't find her anywhere (did this before the "Speak with mistress Poulin" in the 'Quarry Quandary' quest), so this is a quest bug that needs to be fixed.

Same issue.  I completed the conditions for the quest, but continued within the zone until I got notified of a prisoner.  Went back to Skyhold, dealt with her by setting her free, and now am unable to complete the quest.

Same thing happened to me... Told her to work for the inquisition as a scriber(I think thats what he said) and thought she'll be around skyhold but couldnt find her. I am now 8-10 hrs past that point and still nothing. Really frustrating.. especially trying to complete everything. Hope they'll patch this.

Same issue here - I set her free, after basically walking through the quest chain. I hadnt finished hte area so went to skyhld to sell, send out agents, had to sit judgement. Which I did.

Set her free but can't find her in teh village or at the skyhold.
