Hello everyone.
I have merged several threads about the error message "Profile Not Found: The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded."
This error message may appear when you have played Dragon Age II before installing and playing Dragon Age: Origins.
Dragon Age II creates a persona that is too long for Dragon Age: Origin to recognize. To get this issue resolved please contact an EA Game advisor to ask them to create a new "dragonage" persona for you.
To contact an EA Game advisor: (as per April 2013)
- Go to https://help.ea.com/
- Log in with your Origin account.
- Click on "Contact us"
- On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on "Find Solutions".
- Chose the appropriate options for "Product", "Issue type", and "Platform" and click on "Find Solutions".
- On the following page select "I still need Help" to access the available Contact Methods (We recommend Live chat or Phone)
UPDATE - 01/08/2013
Please see this message from Jeff Roussell regarding the "Profile not found" error for players who have not played Dragon Age II before playing Dragon Age: Origins:
An issue where people were getting the "Profile not found" error, when trying to sync/view their DA: O data has been fixed. Please try clicking the "sync my profile" link again and let me know if it works or if you are still having problems.
There is still an outstanding issue where if you played Dragon Age II before playing Dragon Age: Origins your profile still may not sync.
