Promotional Giveaway Items Not Appearing in DLC Menu

I've redeemed the free promo items from the holiday giveaway (several times now). They appear in my list on the Social Network, but don't appear on my DLC menu in-game. How do I get them to actually ...

I bought the Ultimate version and all my promotional items have the status "unauthorized" on it. Also none of the promotional items I can see on my Bioware social website shows up, even though I've logged into my EA account in DAO. Also logged out and logged back in, to no avail.
