PS3 trophies not unlocking?

So I now have 3-4 trophies that wont unlock that most definitely should be. Rable rouser for example, is not unlocking, even though you get that just for completing the landsmeet part of the story l...

Do they not show up in your profile or what exactly is the problem?

If they do not show up in your profile, please sync with the PSN servers.

I also am unable to unlock some trophies: Last of the Wardens (which you should get automatically from completing all missions and I have overplayed this game in multiple ways), Educated but I always use tomes, Pilgrim (one mission on chantry board) yet I have completed all chantry board missions
