Are you doing via disc or via download?
If download press options->Information on the XMB and you can see how far along it is.
I am doing via download.
O-oh. It says that it has completed installation, but upon looking at the download status, its only 33 gigs through the 43 necessary. That's.... strange, but somewhat comforting.
Are you saying that even though the game isn't fully installed, I can play it? Hmmmmnn. I will give it more time and see if that's the problem. Maybe I jumped the gun thinking 14 hours was enough time for it to insall everything.

Yes it is something that happens for PS4 and Xbox One the game is playable in the first bits of the download, so that way you dont have to wait for a 45gb download to start playing. It is a feature of the system
Itt will be never complete! I have the same problem with the DISC version!
It's a bug. They must be fix it someway, because you cannot play further when you close after the first mission about the glitch. And as i told, this bug is the same for DISC or Digital Dowload versions.
