I am having the same issue...in this sense i am hoping that this gets addressed in a future patch, since the game in its current state in simply unplayable.

Since i have erased and reinstalled the update, the problems with the dialogue have disappeared. The update was transferred to my ps4 but was not installed for some Reason and that was the problem!
