PS4 Dragon Age Inquisition connects to sever but never loads game, freezes

My console is the PS4. I purchased Dragon Age: Inquisition and own the physical disk. I have been playing happily for about a month. Until about a week ago. I put the disk in. I get the splash scree...

I am a PC gamer so please pardon me if what I suggest makes no sense.

I have heard of this or similar activity before, and the fix was varied.

1) Verify game install on the PS4.

2) Power cycle the whole system...meaning to totally power down the system, unplug and the power up again.

3) Rebuild system database....https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/system---hardware/power---system-stability/safe-mode-on-playstation-4/

4) If you can copy and move the saves, it may be a corrupted save.

Thanks for saving the day! Everything seems to be working better and after the uninstall, I was alerted that I was reaching my max on storage, which perhaps contributed to the problem! I deleted some things and re-installed. I'm having difficulty loading saved checkpoints but it just allowed me to begin a fresh game and that's certainly better than nothing!
