[PS4] Lost access to room that leads to War Table and Josephine

Hi,

After returning to Skyhold after the quest in Adamant Keep/Raw Fade I no longer have access to the castle wing that leads to the war table and advisor Josephine. The first door off the main room is ok but the second door no longer opens. What is wierd is that is if I use the discovery ping the visual/audio alert indicate that something hidden is nearby but there is no way to reach it. I have talked to every NPC I can find in the castle with the hope that maybe the game was forcing me to intitiate some kind dialogue before proceeding. I still have access to the existing zones via the world map but I can't progress the story or access the room to send my advisors on missions. I'm 70 hours into the game.
