Quest: A Superior Tower - bug
So for some reason I can't complete the quest: A Superior Tower on the PC version. Neither the northernmost quarry in the Western Approach, nor the Storm Coast quarry are showing up as completed even...

I'm having this problem too, 60+ hours into the game. Talking to EA right now.. but it looks like they might be unable to help... been waiting for a response for a long time. Still "investigating". I want to finish my skyhold upgrades so bad!
really? @ years later and this bug was never fixed? ffs
With 11 quarries in the game, and I think you need only 6 to upgrade the tower and courtyard, plus maybe one or two more for misc quests/items, you should have plenty of quarries to do what you need. They are treated as any other crafting supply, such that once you use them for a project, they can't be used for the next, so you will need to claim more than just a few areas quarries to upgrade everything, but should still have plenty.
