Quest completion "chime" noise plays whenever I, well do anything.
For the past couple days I've had this issue where whenever I open or close my menu, map, change zones, switch party members etc I get what seems to be the quest completion "chime" noise. It sounds very much like the noise that you hear when you complete a quest such as: finishing a requisition, finding all locations in a zone, or just finishing a normal story quest. It happened a few days ago though I can't recall what, if anything, exactly triggered it. I've asked around and come across a couple other people who've had this issue but also don't know what caused it or how to fix it. One believes it was right after they started a romance with a characters, and I think mine my have been after I went up in Inquisition rank, but I'm not sure. It's gotten very annoying, specifically as I open and close my map when I'm in a zone to see where I should go next as I do that a lot. And then whenever I change zones or even just quick travel around Skyhold, every time I hear it. I'm hoping someone here has some insight as to what could have caused it and if there's a solution to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
