I feel your pain @GuyInDogSuit. I hate when that happens. Unfortunately there is no solution other than replay the game. That being said, in the Keep you can manually unlock the missing achievements in order to update your Career.
To do so, log into dragonagekeep.com and go to Career. You'll see your completion rate by game. Click on accomplishments and navigate through the list to find your missing achievements. Click on Request unlock. Note: This will note unlock the achievement in Origin but it will work towards your global Challenges completion rate in the Keep.
