Hi, it sounds like your account was compromised. The account thief likely played the game and synced up the cloud save files.

Please change your password and enable two factor authentication: http://help.ea.com/en/article/origin-login-verification-information/

It might also be worth running a malware scan on your machine and changing any of your other passwords.

As for your save, if you go into the game details page for DAI and then the Cloud Save menu, you can try to restore your locally saved progression.

Hi David, I have absolutely no idea where it is you want me to go look for cloud saves? Can you be a bit more specific
Is it possible to change your main character in the middle of a game, because that is what has happened here.
