The in-game downloader still fails with every piece of DLC for me, and I am having the same problem as kamidutten and others with the manual version of the Stone Prisoner DLC. I'm finding the equipable shards for Shale, but I am not getting the instance that triggers the quest. All the other DLC (Witch Hunt, Return to Ostagar, Warden's Keep) I installed manually is working fine, and shows up in the installed section of the in-game downloader, although they continue to appear in the downloading section and failing along with the promotional items that I have not been able to install.
