I would suggest to deinstall the game over Steam or the Windows control panel. > restart the computer > download the game again.
If the DLCs are still not installed let us know.

@holger1405Same problem here but with DAO. I used code from box version to play using EA App (standard version). I wanted to buy/get dlc`s and none appear. Anywhere. Tried to use site mentioned earlier but when i downloaded DLC error is popping up. Is there any way to play dragon age dlc right now? Buy/get free (i know they were free) or something? Or i just need to buy every code separately from third party shops and stuff?

@Dexar0512 Hi, I believe the DLC content should be available without further purchase. What error message(s) do you get when you download from the help site?
If you go to your library then click Manage > Manage Add Ons, does the DLC content appear there?
