13 years agoRe: Changing payment option from dollars to euros
All questions about member accounts have to be asked of Game Advisers, not in here. We don't have access to account records.
You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
