@MurderousSausageIt doesn't look good, sorry. You could try deleting your local save and cache data and try again. 

To clear the cache take the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

To delete the saves you can go to My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition, delete everything there. 

Hopefully this will be ineffective, but if it's not I fear that you're out of luck.

Is there any way you'd be able to get access to your old system or even just the hard drive? The individual saves can just be dragged and dropped from their old location: My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
