I haven't used a system with integrated intel in ages, but from memory, you used to be able to allocate a number of Megabytes to assign the GPU in the BIOS (as the VRAM is usually shared from the DRAM pool.

But there is no guarantee that even if you are able to successfully allocate the memory that the game will work. Integrated Intel GPUs are simply too far below minimum specs. Even if it did run, I think it would run so terribly that you might as well have not tried.
