And do you actually have 3 controllers or is that Windows flipping out?

Does the light on the Xbox controller indicate that you're player 1? (see image) I've had this problem before in a game where I couldn't use my controller because it was set to player 2. This is something that can happen if Windows detects multiple controllers.

I remembered when I first started using the controller to play the game on PC are you just a different controller with the charger kit cord it started to play up then are used another one that wants to play up and then I’m using my gears of War four Xbox one controller that one is working fine with the new cord I’ve got i’ve got but the game is not recognising the controller The gears of War four controller on my PC is working on mass effect Andromeda pc Asian

You could try that, but I doubt it will help.

Something that does miracles now and then is to delete the file ProfileOptions_profile in your save folder (in Documents > BioWare > Dragon Age Inquisition > Save). This resets all your game settings.

I don’t know what happened but for some reason now the game is recognising the controller but I don’t know if that’s gonna last so what I’ll do is for now keep this open until I am 100% sure that this does not happen again plus if anyone else has this problem thay ask on my topic for help rather than creating a new one for the same problem

Sorry for the late reply. I was less active last week and was abroad during the weekend.

There are no real risks of deleting ProfileOptions_profile. All it does is reset all in-game settings (e.g. graphics) to the default.
