Re: Dragon Age Inquisition won't connect to servers.

Hey there,
i'm also been experiencing a similar problem, where as I'm on PS5 and i've been checking everyday for the past week to see if my problem was just the servers though as mentioned the servers are fine.
My exact error is:

Online Connection
Connection to the Dragon Age server has been lost.

i recently swapped my PSN account to this EA account from another. Though before I swapped I ran into the same issue.
Would it be possible that my PSN isn't correctly connected the servers Despite Dragon Age keep saying it's linked to my PSN?

Hi @thebigguy09876, more often than not, that error is because the EA account you are logged into doesn't actually own the game. That is what you need to figure out. When you log into the EA site, and you validate that accounts are linked correctly, the next step would be to contact live support. We cant go over entitlements and account issues like they can. Every account I look at myself doesn't own the game when they get this error, so once you verify that accounts are linked correctly, support is the next step. Its not a technical issue, its an account issue.
