@Ardeth1285 Thanks. Can you try clearing your cache as the next step?
Spoiler
Windows players:
- First, make sure you can view hidden files and folders:
- Open the Start menu
- Type "view hidden files and folders" into the search bar.
- Press Enter to open the View tab of your Folder Options.
- Open the Hidden Files and folders menu within the Files and Folders menu.
- Click Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
- Click Apply, then OK to exit the menu.
- If open, close Origin by clicking Origin in the menu bar and selecting Exit.
- Click the Start button, then Computer, then double-click (C🙂 to open the C:\ drive
- Open the ProgramData folder, then the Origin folder, and delete all the files and folders except for LocalContent.
- Windows XP players can find the ProgramData folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Electronic Arts\
- Go back to C:\:
- Then open the Users folder,
- Then the folder with your computer's username,
- Then AppData,
- Then Roaming,
- Then Origin, and delete all the files and folders inside.
- Go back to the AppData folder:
- Then open the Local folder,
- Then Origin, and delete all the files and folders inside.
Log in to the Origin client and check if your missing content is available in the My Games tab
You can also try setting your User Account Control to Always Notify, then try again?
- Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.
- From here you can set the level to Always Notify.
