@hippomus Sorry to hear you are having some issues with the keep. This does happen to players from time to time and can get a bit tricky as there is not going to be a one single solution for the site. However, there are steps you can take. Due to the age of the game and all that, support for it is a bit limited but still works.

If you are still getting that error, let me know and I will see what I can do for you.

    Have you also tried incognito mode? If it was a world state itself, that makes it harder only because you have to get in and change it. Can you log into the keep from a mobile device and use mobile, wifi, and a hotspot? This would rule out all connection issues. Sometimes it is the world state but sometimes it is not.

    It isn't really a connection issue on your end but is more intermittent, so more of a backend sync thing that happens. I have seen random steps fix this, so I will list a few for you.

    Reset the password and clear the cache again. Do not have any auto update save your password. 

    Clear all temp files from the PC - 

    • Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
    • Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
    • Delete everything it allows you to delete.
    • Reboot the PC

    Yes, I have tried from an incognito browser on both edge and chrome. I have tried from my cellphone both on and off the wifi. I have also tried from two different PCs. 

    I have attempted the steps you suggested, and the issue is still persisting. 

    My plan was, if I somehow got access to my account, I was going to immediately delete all of my world states to be safe, but I still cannot access them.

    @hippomus I got some info on this, I alerted some folks about the site but at the moment there isn't a way account-wise to make changes as it is a site issue not an EA account issue. It's like a backend cache issue in a way. It should eventually clear itself up but sadly no way to say when.

    Okay, thank you. I tried again today and it's still happening. I will continue to check it randomly to see if it's been resolved.
