@holger1405 Yeah, sorry. I would suggest messaging live support and having them go through the games and DLC linked to their account. Since we can't make any changes here, if there is something up, they have to make changes to the account.
Is there a link to the live support? I couldn't find anything to actually talk to anybody except here
- The link to EA's Support is here. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
- Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "EA app" from the list. (Or search for it.)
- Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.
- You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)
You also could try EAs Support on Twitter or on Facebook.
Thank you all for the help, I wound up linking my ea account to GOG Galaxy and it downloaded and installed DAO: Awakening fine, so I can okay the expansion now.
Still not sure what the issue was in the EA app.
Do you own the game on GOG as well?
I don't, but there was an option to link my ea account in GOG Galaxy, I did that, and it let me download the games in GOG Galaxy
