I'm having the same problem, and when I asked EA about it, I was told that the Bioware site and Origin would sync automatically. 3 days later, and no such luck. My guess is that it has something to do with the fact that they're transferring the Legacy BSN site data to the Keep as the forum post said, and that the Origin-to-Bioware site sync function is turned off now. If that's the case, I guess we'll unforunately have to wait a while before downloading the toolkit. Which is too bad, because I was really looking forward to downloading it last weekend.
If the syncing update isn't the reason for the game not showing as "owned," then I've no idea what's going on, but my feeling is that that is indeed the problem here. Can anybody confirm?
