Its still down on xbox 360

I didn't have to test it to tell you that. If it was a revers compatibility issue, PC and and PS wouldn't be having the issue as well. CSR keeps telling people things are not true/blaming on the user/ISP. I used to work in a call center for Comcast, and EA probably does like them and outsources to private centers for tech/customer support. Sometimes the call centers don't get all of the info of stuff that's going on and ends up looking like ducking fools.
- Anonymous7 years agoCan I still play dragon age origins out sign in
- JanePhoenix7 years agoSeasoned Veteran@Danielrice12086 Some users report DLC issues when not signed in, others claim to have fixed it by unlocking the DLC from the Rewards section on Dragon Age Keep (that is in the Career section). My DLC was already at 100% so I can't verify, and my last playthrough was on PC with Origin Ultimate version while it was still possible to sign in.
With the Ultimate Edition in Origin you should be able to access all content without signing in to servers, since all the DLC get verified and unlocked on Origin client side. Can't say as to other platforms unfortunately. - Anonymous7 years ago
I have a Xbox 360S

Hmm...Dragon Age announcement coming on 6 December. Could it be that they finally fixed the server? LOL
- Anonymous7 years agoI have Xbox one and play backwards compatible and I can confirm that it still says unable to connect to DA servers.
- Anonymous7 years agoI tried accessing the DLC through the ultimate edition and it wouldn't allow me because I couldn't connect to servers.
- Hopefully... they have been down for a what feels like an eternity. Although, on the brighter side maybe there is a DA:O remaster in the works and that's why they are transferring the server?

It's expected to be Dragon Age 4, but who knows. EA isn't as opposed to remasters as they used to be, so they could be announcing a remaster (hopefully on top of a new game).
I can hardly believe this. I expected the servers to be fixed by now, but I see that this isn't the case! It is almost winter, yet a problem that arose mid-summer is still unresolved. This is beyond outrageous!

So! 5 months later we have a Dragon Age 4 teaser trailer (#TheDreadWolfRises) but still no promised server fix. Do you think they have a single iota that this has the potential to harm the sales of the fourth installation?
@Tigerboi1979 That trailer was so annoyingly vague...Too bad info on a fix for the server is just as vague...
The servers are still down and this is really frustrating. It is even more frustrating that it has been going on for so long without any new answers or solutions.

can you throw us a bone?
- @Tigerboi1979 Forget a bone! Give us the entire animal!

This is getting ridiculous! Now I've got hero profiles disappearing out of my Keep! You can't create new characters in the Keep either, only rename and edit pics for existing ones. I can't decide if I'm angry or sad...maybe a little of both.

I've moved on. I finished the game and just won't be able to play the DLC unfortunately. C'est la vie.
I read last night where Epic took down all of their Infinity Blade games from the App Store because they are throwing all of their resources into Fortnite. I'm sure this is just another business decision by EA to stop supporting older games.
I've been trying to talk to tech support, and they claim they are currently working on it. There is no other answers that the person could give me. I am just as frustrated as everyone else, and It looks like I will also be doing the same thing and play just the base game (since I can't play the DLC).
- @Deegan22 You know what’s funny? The Dragon Age 2 servers work fine, and that game was released only about two years after Origins. I can’t understand why the Origins server is the only one that’s affected.
