You also know it's a temp problem if when your computer crashes, you can't immediately start it up again. An overheated laptop won't start up again until it's sufficiently cool down for it NOT to crash again. If it can be immediately turned on again, I don't think it's an overheating problem.

    I didn't think it was a heating problems either because my system would have locked up before I played Inquisition.  I'll search the forum for other solutions to try while I wait to hear from Origin.
