This is because your system clock reverted to an earlier date (around June 2012). War table quests are time stamped when started and time to complete is simply a comparison of the current time and date to that timestamp. So if your clock goes back one day, it will add 24 hours to the completion time. If it gets reset to Jan 1 you will have a very long time. So double check your system time. If necessary you can set it to tomorrow to instantly complete the operation, then set it back to the current time.
