Hi,

if I see this correctly, your GPU driver is dated 2010 which would probably be the issue here. Your hardware and operation system both support DirectX 11 (and also 10).

You could try installing the most current driver which is recommended by both Bioware and AMD. Your  mobility GPU is listed in the supported section.

Also check that Windows 7 is up to date.
