@bigledge95 I believe you link your EA account with your gamertag, which I assume is the same on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Details on linking your EA and gamertag can be found here. 

You can transfer a character/save from the 360 version of the game to the Xbox one version using the Black Emporium, this was a feature added in the last patch available to the previous gen consoles, I think. Details on the save game importer can be found here. Be sure to take note of the part where you can only have one save game uploaded to the cloud at a time, so if you want to export multiple save games/characters from your 360 to your Xbox One, it might take a while. 😉

Also, be aware that you must own the game on both platforms in order to play it on both platforms. You can't transfer your ownership of DAI on Xbox 360 to Xbox One, you must have a new, Xbox One copy of the game.
