Okay I take back what I said yesterday, I still experience freezes. Froze the first time I started it today, worked fine the second time I tried but then froze when I exited the game again later. Staying on the startup menu screen for longer than 10 seconds seems to cause this issue. And sometimes after I crtl+alt delete my way out of it, Origin is unresponsive in the Task Manager. Hope we'll get a fix for this.

Yes, went through all the steps again to check if they were still deactivated. They were.
Check if it will still crash with Outcome. Maybe Origin actually messes up the game after all.
my game freezes on any convorsation,cutscene or war table, its almost always random and its the same every time, freezed screen, music still playing, but everything else is not working,and im above min specs, i have tried repairing, uninstalling, updated drivers, nothing fixes it, tried rolling back, no fix. was wondering if bioware/EA even cares about fixing it, hundreds of others have the same issue
