Re: Liberator achievement was not awarded

I'm having similar issues. I'm playing on Xbox One. I have completed the following Achievements: The Brightest of Their Age, Stargazer, Liberator, On Burning Wings, Wyrmslayer, and Trial of the Lovers. I have other achievements that confirm this, along with save data. I have cycled my Xbox, uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, re-completed one or two of these achievements again, and still they won't unlock. I have contaced Xbox Support and they recommended I contact the developer. I have spent hundreds of hours on this game and would like to continue working towards 100% completion.

Thank you, Shepard. That would be great. I would also be interested in the specific xbox complaint resource. I have tried a lot of tricks I have seen on other forums such as totally removing the game, disconnecting from the internet, and trying ro reset the achievement progress, but that hasn't worked either. 

Try this and see what happens If you are on an Xbox S don't worry about the disc one as that doesn't apply.

Press the menu key of the controller. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray. In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage". Select "Clear persistent storage"

Next, let's clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, Then restart your Xbox.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Wait 1 minute, plug the power cord back in, and turn the console back on as you would normally.

Once restarted, go into my games and apps, locate the game, and delete the saved data. This won't delete any progress for your game.

Lastly, You can also delete and log back into your Gamer tag, this would sync the game correctly to your account.

Finally, power cycle modem/router: Unplug the modem/router and router for 60 seconds Plug the modem/router back into the power source Reboot the system. Confirm the internet is back online, and see if the issue is still present.

The last time I had an achievement problem, I was directed here, in order to have the Xbox side reviewed. Contacting EA is okay as we can report all of that to the right people for review. Getting that fixed though is not as easy for us because we arent Xbox.

I've completed the following steps. Unfortunately there wasn't any change to my achievements and/or the achievement progress wasn't reset. Most of these achievements are easily verified on my saved data (such as recruiting all of the companions or defeating a high dragon). What do you recommend I try next?

Date/time issue occurred: I started playing the game in November of 2014 on Xbox 360 and upgraded to an Xbox One later that year. By December of 2014 I would have unlocked a couple of these achievements: (Wyrmslayer and The Brightest of Their Age). Since then, I have played the game on numerous characters. I would have unlocked a couple more (Stargazer and Liberator) within a year, most likely in November of 2015. I did not completely beat the game for the first time until October of 2018.  
What type of issue do you have? Achievements not unlocking.

Summarize your bug: The above mentioned achievements won't unlock. I am not able to verify/prove that I have completed On Burning Wings or Trial of the Lovers based on my current save data. I am mostly concerned about The Brightest of Their Age, Stargazer, Liberator, and Wyrmslayer. I can prove (in attached files) I have completed these achievements and have restarted the game in order to re-achieve them to have them pop-up, with no luck.
How often does the bug occur? I have re-accomplished most of these achievements (Wyrmslayer, The Brightest of Their Age, and Liberator) at least 2 times across various characters. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new game on my console and try and achieve these achievements. I also have various saves before at least of these (Wyrmslayer), and re-killing a High Dragon won't unlock the achievement. Though I have achieved Dragons' Bane (Slay 10) and every other High Dragon related achievement.
What happens when the bug occurs? Achievements won't unlock.
What do you expect to see? I expect the achievements to unlock.

I have several pictures and a couple videos, but it doesn't look like I can add much, and zip files aren't supported.
