I too have this problem.

Multi-player bug: I've only experienced this bug with Mouse and Keyboard.

When you start a game you have zero abilities. Your ability bar is empty.

This probably happened about 5 times to me in 15 games.

Note: I have never experienced this bug when using a controller.
