Could you disable the Geforce Experience software? This game doesn't like overlay programs.

I'm not sure how to.
Press ctrl + shift + esc to go to your processes. Locate the Geforce Experience there and end the process.
All there is in the processes for anything Nvidia are "Nvidia Capture Server", " Nvidia Backend","Nvidia Settings" there's no Geforce Experience process. I disabled the Nvidia Capture Server" as I believe that is what has the little capture overlay attached and started the game but the complexion was still blue. I also checked the processes with the game running to see if any geforce thing popd up and nothing did.
Uninstalling and re-installing the game seems to have fixed the issue
