I also have a bug with this quest, a different bug tho. I was in exalted plain and i was going to nail that guy for the quest. The second i attacked him i realized that cassandra was not in my party and for some reason i thought it would be better that she would be there to kill the targets. So i pulled my party back and ran to camp to get cassandra. When i went back the quest target is gone, there is just some man with bow standing and i cant interact with him, just stands there doin nothing. I have logged out and come back again but he wont spawn, cant finish the q. Also got problem with the quest in Old crestwood that involves that red wraith. I was talking to it to get the q but suddenly got attack by group of zombies and the wraith just vanished. Cant finish that q neither.
Hope these get fixed. Really like this game its wonderfull and to complete it 100 % is my goal. There really is something strange (in a good way) in this game that is just difficult to describe. I like it.
