Thank you for your fast response.
I'm afraid that i used my redeem code 2,5 years ago, and i only have one account. The thing is that i used it the wrong way, as i said, and got nothing of the additional content. What should i do to get a new redeem code? The game was bought legally (of course) from a videogames store called "Public" (it's quite famous brand here in Greece).

DICE TeamI checked your account and I can see that you should have access to the content. Have you tried downloading it from the Bioware Social website?
If you continue to experience issues with your content then I would recommend to contact an EA Advisor as described above.
