You can contact EA technical support here. If you get redirected back to the boards, choose a different option. Other players can't submit issues for you 😉

If you choose live chat, be aware that the estimated time tends to be unreliable until it gets under 4 minutes. If it gets stuck for an unreasonable amount of time, try it on a different browser.

There is also a forum dedicated to DAI multiplayer on the Bioware forums here. People there are more likely to have experienced the same issue (not sure any of the regulars here play multiplayer) and so might have suggestions.
