Re: Server Offline no access to owned Dlc

@Wolfbanefurcas Gotcha. The DLC not in the EA app is a known issue being looked into. That won't matter if you have the content in Steam. I just installed the Ultimate Edition on Steam and when I launch it, I get the option to play Origins or Awakening.

Do you get this option when you launch the game?

@Wolfbanefurcas Ahh okay, so that means that the version you have applies in Steam isn't the version you should have from that purchase. On Steam, the Ultimate Edition includes all the downloads as one file.

If you have already performed a reinstall of the game, you would need to reach out to Steam. They have to look at your entitlements. I downloaded it yesterday, and when I load the game, that is the screen I get when I click on new game.

It seems that your account isn't recognizing you own the right version or the right version you intended wasn't purchased. They have to check that out with you.

We can only see the EA app side. Steam is a bit out of our hands.

    Hey, @Wolfbanefurcas

I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you continue having issues with the game!

    Cheers!
