That's a bit odd. Can you run a repair and see if it happens again? To do so, simply go to your Origin games library, right click on the Dragon Age: Origins cover and select Repair game.

Hello,
so repairing was not enough. But I managed to solve an issue another way.
SOLVING: I completely deleted and reinstalled full game. I think the problem was with setting different language in origin application from which I installed the game. The game was set to English, my computer is set to English, but my Origin app was set to Czech. I changed it to English and reinstall game. After that all objects get their proper names and conversation started normally.
