Hi jayarih,

No achievements are required to unlock these items once you they are unlocked in your BSN account.

As the issue seems different from the issue with the Staff of Pathalan not unlocking, can you please try to clear your console's cache as follow :

From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.

1. Select System Settings.
2. Select Storage.
3. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
4. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
5. Reboot your console.

Let us know if the items are still locked after that.
