Re: Unable to launch DAI

Normally the issue is antivirus software like AVG and Avast, and I also see the very problematic Razer Synapse software in your problem signatures, but the clean boot should have taken care of those. Is there a chance either of those were still running when you tried to launch DAI?

@Fred_vdp I was able to solve it, When closing my Razer software it would keep up in the background i had to go and stop it at a higher level to make it cease. It FIINALLY LAUNCHES!!!!

If the problem creeps back in, just a For Your Info....your dxdiag file had DAI listing crashes as ASHWOOKA.dll, which is AVAST/AVG causing issues. So if it comes back, then follow the directions to put in exclusions for your AV and it should fix it for you.
