It's a very common issue if you have AVG or AVAST antivirus running. If you have either of those, you should manage exclusions and include Dragon Age Inquisition and Origin folders.

If it's not caused by antivirus software, it could still be other third party software interfering. In that case, I recommend a clean boot, which launches Windows with only essential background programs.
