Have you checked to make sure your controller has the latest firmware update? You can find those instructions here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/update-xbox-wireless-controller. Please let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo Hi I just found out that my left stick cannot register " downward" very well. It's hard to find out except in place like menu in this game. It can work on menu in other game though. I switch to another controller and problem solved. Thanks anyway!
