Reinstalled DA2 unable to read old saved files

Something about your other characters' saves isn't right. 

What's your folder structure?  Should look like the example below.

In this example there are two sets of saves for the characters Cadan and Davit. 

The first "named save" for Cadan (Slot_1) is expanded. 

All saves should have a similar set of files within their respective "Slot_x" folders:
