Save files won't load after patch 5

So I updated to patch 5 or 6 or whatever just came out the other day (I signed up for the patch 6 beta and have a beta thing in my library). The first time I tried to start the game after installing, it would just give me an infinite black screen. Restarted my computer, the game booted up fine. But when I try to load any of my play throughs it tells me the save was created using a newer version of the game and to update.

I checked for updates, told me the game was up to date. I ran the 'repair game', that didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem.

Can anyone help with this or am I going to have to wait until the next patch?
