Saves on PC gone.

So far I've had it happen three times where in returning to play my game all my saves will suddenly be gone. 

I have used cloud and tried recovering saves, which does nothing. I've tried not using cloud and recovering saves which does nothing. I was originally playing it through origins, but then tried to play the game through it's desktop shortcut but neither seems to fix the problem.

This is the third time I've opened my game to continue playing and everything's been gone. I don't use the auto save slots, I save the game manually every time I turn it off. It's not a problem that happens every time I open the game to play again, only seems to happen at random. I'm not sure if this is a problem on my end with my computer or something, or it's the game.
