Second hand CD key with the Product code already redeemed is there a way to use?
I recently brought a preowned CD key for dragon age Inquisition. When I went to install the game it asked for the product/serial number but said it was already redeemed most likely by it's previous owner. Is there a way to install the game without the code or to reset the code so I can use it? I have all 3 Discs for the game.
Product codes are non-transferrable licenses. It can get tied to one account and then it's no longer useful. You'll have to ask for a refund from whomever sold it to you, assuming they didn't scam you intentionally.
